As a long time personal
trainer (have had over 1,000 clients) I am always looking for good equipment
for the gym and for my clients' homes. My recent visit to New York Barbell
in Elmira was very interesting and educational. I found it to be extremely
beneficial to actually try out equipment that I was interested in. Of
